Just fitted this custom exhaust clamp, as when I bough the car the rear exhaust mount had snapped. Apparently it is a common problem. All good now though.

James (JMH Engineering) came over to prep the golf floor panel for welding. He also managed to remove the locking wheel nuts from the T-5, which I didn’t have the keys for. 
(Just about lol)

Swapped the front and rear wheels/tyres round this evening as the rears had loads more tread. Will be getting brand new fronts on Monday anyway, so just a temporary change.

I have been looking for a new car for a little while now, something with more power and isn’t always falling apart, lol.
Well, i have found this beast:
Its a Volvo 850 T-5, a 5 cylinder, 2.3l, turbo charged tank
I have a fair amount of plans for this, but starting with a good service and clean. Stay tuned!

After using a lot of time, tools, WD40 and patience, i finally got the last arch off!
Needs a bit of repair work and paint here and there lol.
